name the monster win the monster

Hello Oafers,
Monsters have invaded our little shop in Kingly Court.
These new friends were created in our studio, Superette, then travelled across the plains of London to add some colourful fear to our window.

Let me introduce you to our little obscure family;
Monsieur Borris Blobski (The massive one).
He spends his time just lazing around listening to French jazz, eye's closed, and gorging his fat mouth with expensive foreign cheese. But at weekends he goes down dark allies to watch chickens fight with blades.
Two Face Shakur, aka, Shaq Attack, (Mr Yellow)
A huge fan of Elton John, and decorative eggs. He Travels the world to feed his addiction.
He once told me he's not that keen on chocolate that's been kept in the fridge because it goes all weird and white in patches, and tastes a bit like wood.
One day he hopes to meet a girl who feels the same.
Martin. (Mr B-Boy Pink head)
Martin loves a bit of freestyle dancing and fruity yogurts, (with bits in) he combines these two passions in St Neots social centre.
Also you be interested to know that he was once rumoured to be married to a massive zebra, called Johnny. He no longer likes to talk about it though and shuns all people dressed in back and white, especially waiters, which has proved problematic in restaurants.

We need your help because the purple one has yet to be named and or has any form of identity, or quirks. It's sad, because I'm sure he could have a colourful past.

Please feel free to leave with some ideas in the comments box and if it makes us spray out our tea with laughter we'll reward you with the monster himself and a free monster based t shirt. a Imagine. He can be your new friend. We have a spotty monster t shirt up for grabs for the girls or a monster invasion for the guys.
So then lovely oaf folk, you have until July 31st to come up with a name, leave your idea's in the comments section under this blog to get in on the action.

BADGE A RAMA

mmmmmmm.........cake......I love cake....do you love cake?
Of course you do, or you wouldn't be human. We are doing something a bit special at Viva Cake this Saturday. If you haven’t heard of Viva Cake, feel free to be a little ashamed or click here to find out more here.
Viva Cake is a happening every month, where ladies on skates serve tea and you can eat cake all night, learn how to Lindy hop and listen to amazing music whilst dancing a bit like a Buffoon.
This Saturday 22nd July is a bit more special, as Superette is holding a Badge a rama extravaganza! Everything kicks off at 1.30pm with a Stitch and Bitch session followed by us, the superette girls at 2.15pm with 'badge a rama'. You get to design your own badges with felt tip pens at the ready and we will then magically make them up so you can adorn your bodies with them as a badge or as a necklace. If you can’t make the first session we are going again at 4.15pm.
There is a whole day of activities, and the night finishes at 2am. It's going to be very yummy as there is a big cake off competition, and there’s a trophy in it for the winner.
A Raffle at 7pm with guess the sweets, and Lindy Hop lessons at 8pm. OOh and a chance to try out your new steps to some live bands such as the Rumblestrips and The Trojans..
I am most interested in the Cake off, I wonder if they need another judge.
Yes cake is good, hope too see you there with iceing all over your face.

Rock On.....

Hey There Rock Stars,
The festivals are approaching and outfits must be planned to ensure you look as hot/cool as Johnny Ramone and his fellow long fringed friends.
Check out our music braces tee's, -it's the ulitmate lazy approach to wearing braces,
It's avaliable for the guys too, so if you fancy a bit of His n' Hers matching action go right ahead.
We've also got music braces jumpers, for those late night campfire moments,
Or perhaps you fancy a bit of our Rock and Roll tee, complete with a quartet of bearded folk with 'Mental Mickey' on drums?
Once again we also stock this vision of beauty for the guys...

You'll find all these gems and the rest of our tee's in the male and female section, just click on 'SHOP'
Rock on Oafers xxx
