RETURNS & EXCHANGES

DO YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING? NO PROBLEM!


You can return any item for a refund, or you can exchange it for a different size within 28 days of receiving your original order. All you have to do it register the return online, get the returns number and pop it in the post back to us.

Before you return your item please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To request a return go to ‘My account’ and click on your recent order. Click View Order and hit Return in the top right corner.

Select the items you want to send back, fill in the returns form and click Submit.

You will then be issued with a returns number via your account and by email. Please write this in the box supplied on the packing slip, pop it in the package and send to,

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility.

If you are within the UK and the item is incorrect or faulty please email contact our customer services and we will send you a free returns label.

For International customers if the item is incorrect or faulty and you need to return it we will refund your postage costs on receipt of the item.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us here, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! We recommend you select a tracked service and please retain shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post. Lost parcels can only be refunded with proof of postage.

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect. For more information on Distant Selling Regulations see below.



RETURN PROCESSING

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Please ensure you include the packing slip and returns number in the package. Within this information we cannot process your return.

Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

After you have received your email please allow up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you have not yet received an email to confirm your refund has being processed, please allow up to 28 days from the date you sent your item before querying your return.

If this time has passed, please email us with a copy of your proof of postage so that Customer service can investigate this for you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

EXCHANGES

You can return an item for an exchange if you would like a different size of the same item. If you want a different item, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

We aim to process all exchanges as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 7 working days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds and exchanged items.

If the item you want to exchange is not available you will be automatically issued a refund instead.

For UK customers we will send the exchange back out free of charge.

For International customers will have to charge additional p&p on all exchanges to be sent back out. You will notified by email on the best way to pay this.

Please be assured that we will endeavour to process all exchanges as quickly as possible but at busy periods it may take a little longer.


Distant selling regulations

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order at any time before the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning the day following receipt of your order. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us.If you cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the purchase price of the item(s) affected and the delivery charges.

Statutory rights
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
