Return any item, or exchange for a different size within 60 days of receipt.
Simply fill in the returns form and post item back to us.
Ensure goods are unused, in original packaging, with all labels attached.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach us.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or incorrect.
The cost of return is your responsibility, however if goods are faulty or incorrect we will send you a free returns label.
Exchanges are sent back to you free of charge.

Is There A Fee?
There’s no fee to use pay later. However, if your invoice is not paid by the due date, you will be subject to a late fee.

Care Info:
- For 18k Gold Vermeil pieces, clean using soapy water and then rinse and dry.
- Keep your jewellery away from chemicals, including cosmetics, hand sanitiser and chlorine. If they do make contact, wash asap!
- Ideally store your piece in a dry airtight pouch to avoid scratching and tarnishing. Close your necklace clasp when not in use to avoid tangling.

DESCRIPTION
These hoop earrings with 3D bear charms are a part of our collaboration with independent jewellery brand, Good Daze, and are available in both sterling silver and 18k gold vermeil. One bear is engraved with a happy face, and the words “Good Days” on the back, whilst the other has a sad face and “Bad Days.” All of the pieces in the collection were designed on 3D drawing software by Good Daze founder, Rosie Greener, before being printed into wax and then cast in metal. Each of these steps takes place in small workshops around London, and every piece comes in a branded box and with a care card.
