USA Tour Diary: Lizzy Plapinger of MS MR

This summer we teamed up with fluro haired Lizzy Plapinger, one half of dream-pop duo MS MR from New York, who took a selection of her favourite designs from our SS'14 collections on the bands recent 6 week tour across the USA. Touring with their good friends band Grouplove, singer Lizzy and band producer Max Hershenow traveled across the whole of the US tearing it up in new cities they have never played before like in Oklahoma and Memphis but also getting back to some of their favourites including DC, San Francisco, Austin, Atlanta and New Orleans to name a few. "We're now gearing up for summer festival season having just kicked things off at Coachella a few weeks ago where we performed on the main stage!" Lizzy tells us. Firefly, Stars+Stripes and Bonnaroo are up next for MS MR who have been on the road touring pretty much non stop for the past two and a half years. "Between gigs this summer we're back home in New York writing and recording the next record. It feels great to be back in NYC but mostly to be back in the studio and finally laying down all the creative ideas and inspiration we've been excited about and collecting from life on the road!"
